World Diabetets Day At Paalana
On 14th November 2011, on the World Diabetes Day, Free Diabetes Detection Camp was conducted at our Institution. The Camp was conducted by our Diabetic Department. A quiz programme on Diabetes was also conducted on the same day. As part of celebrations, a Continued Medical Education Programme on "Current Perceptive about Insulin Therapy and Advances in Insulin Therapy" was conducted at our Seminar Hall by Dr. Lejo Issac John, Chief Physician and Diabetologist. Rev. Fr. Julius Arakal, cmi, Rev. Fr. Martin Thattil and Rev. Fr. Lorance L, also addressed the gathering. Mr. LIbin Sebastain, our PRO was the programme co-ordinator.
Children's Day Celebrations
In connection with the Children's Day Celebrations, on 14th November, a Cartoon Competition for children for two age groups was conducted. Rev. Fr. Thomas A. Achandy, cmi, Director or Social Services gave away the prizes.
