Department of Diabetology was formally inaugurated on 17/02/2007. The department is working as a separate Comprehensive Diabetes Care Unit. Service of two well trained educators is available on all weekdays. One full time dietitian is also available as a part of the department. Service of Foot Care Technician is also available. Working in co-ordination with other supportive departments. We are supported by a well equipped Laboratory facility which is calibrated every month through External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) in association with Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore.
