Paediatric Surgical Speciality was started at Paalana Hospital in February 2009.
Hospital is equipped with faculty and facilities to handle all Paediatric surgical elective and emergency surgical procedures round the clock.

- Operation Theater with Anaesthesiologist and support staff experienced in handling neonates and children aid in handling emergency Paediatric surgical patients.
- Well equipped Neonatal Intensive Care with Ventilator is available to manage newborns post-operatively.
